The Client wanted us to redesign the homepage as the UI of the home page is not so appealing. They wanted to see 3 different reports in one graph so that can compare 3 different parameters at one place and they want see the numbers beside the graph. After that followed by the remining fields that contain numbers that shows the applications received, How many are assigned, How many are in progress and How many are closed. The client want the UI to look colorful so that the agents who come to the dashboard feels interested as the current UI is so simple and the navigation is also not properly visible.
As per the client requirement, I have made the changes in the dashboard. I have changed the left navigation bar by adding a dark background and white text with some icons for every menu option so that the user can easily navigate through the menu. A report graph has been added which contain all the 3 parameters that includes the The Total Calls, The Citizens Registered and the Total Applications. Beside that they can also see the total numbers in 3 different cards so that they will get a clear picture at the current status as when they see them. Below that the remaining status numbers were also shown as cards along with some icons to have a better look. Finally the client was happy with new design.
